Two pieces of WPA art were installed in the Central Elementary School. The first was by Elsie Donaldson entitled "Pelican Pool". It was a 17" x 23" water color painting in a silvered gilt frame. The second painting was a water color painting in a painted wood frame by Frances Badger entitled "Victorian Group". This painting was 17" x 23.5" in size. Unfortunately both paintings are missing. Anyone who has information about these paintings is requested to contact the Evanston WPA Art Project.
